BELVIN’S TIRE = ” PEACE of MIND”! We had a flat tire on our Toyota Tacoma. Tried to get appointment with Goodyear but couldn’t get us in for over a week. I do not feel safe driving around on a spare tire. Your tires are a VERY important part of your vehicle. Talked to my son Nathanael who works for THOMAS ELECTRIC in Mansfield Ohio and he referred us to “BELVIN’S TIRE”. He had recently brought a company truck to them and he said they treated him good and were “good people”. Got him right in. We trust our son’s judgement. So we called and they got us in a day later. Employees were very polite and accommodating. “Good people” for sure! Got the job done within an hour. Had a great experience. Now we feel safe. Got me in for a same day inspection the morning of and had all the work done by the time I left work for a very reasonable price. Let me know what things will likely need work within the next year but made it clear they weren’t needed today. Highly recommend them!

They got me in right away. Extremely courteous and nice and they always do a great job. This is a job I’ve dealt with many people that are angry and don’t seem to care but Cleve hill cares about you and your car. If you want great customer service and proffesional care go to Cleve Hill on Camp. I dealt with Tucker and he was great.

From the time I arrived to the time I was done I was informed about everything that I needed as well as what needed to be done soon. The technician Jordan was very thorough!! Unlike Pep Boys which is where I have gone to for all my auto repairs and service for years I did not feel like they were just trying to upsell things to me. I received a text showing pictures of everything that was looked over and it was sorted into 3 categories. What was good, needed right away and things that needed to be done but not right away. Pep Boys always told me how things would take and they have the app where you can check the progress on the service and it was never updated. The one time I was told an hour and after 3 hours I finally asked what was going on with the repair and I got the same response oh it’s almost done. I won’t be going back to Pep Boys! I highly recommend Clevehill auto and tire!!! I’m sorry but I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was very helpful and informative!!

I recently went to this shop as it was the closest to place of living. I had my Honda checked in for some tire issues/oil and to fix my check engine light. I also had no previous appointment and they had took me in without any questions. They communicated effectively and were on schedule with the repairs. They were transparent about further issues and the cost as well. I will definitely make this shop my place to go if I need anything. Great job guys!
